Terms of service

Version 2026-10-30. Draft for legal review: the reviewed wording replaces it before the first paying tenant.

1. The service

Renox hosts TypeScript applications. Your plan sets the quotas; a free workspace that stays over them enters a 7-day grace period and is then suspended until it is back within quota or upgraded. Suspension keeps your data, deployments and dashboard.

2. Acceptable use

No phishing, malware, spam, crypto mining, open proxies, or content that is unlawful in the UAE. Reports go to [email protected]; a site found in breach can be taken down at once and reviewed after.

3. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in AED with 5 % VAT on a tax invoice. An invoice unpaid 14 days after its date, or a payment dispute, suspends the workspace until it is settled.

4. Your data

You own your data and code. The data processing agreement is part of these terms.

5. Changes

A new version of these terms is announced 30 days before it applies, by email to the workspace owner.
